What are the eligibility criteria or requirements for Purchase Order Financing?
At GXS Capital, only Singapore private limited companies registered with ACRA that have been in operation for at least 2 years can apply for Purchase Order Financing. The loan approval outcome will depend on the assessment of our credit and risk teams.
What documents are required to apply for Purchase Order Financing?
For Purchase Order Financing*:
- 2-year Financial Statements
- 6-month Bank Statements
- CBS of Directors
- GST F5
- Order book or Ageing report
*Documents required for credit assessment only. Additional documents may be required on a case-by-case basis. KYC documents for onboarding to be submitted after approval.
